Refund policy

Unwound yarn may be returned  for store credit up to 3 months from date of purchase. Receipt must accompany return. We are unable to exchange or credit the following items accessories, consigned items, needles, hooks, or classes.

Classes

Cancellations
48 hours advance notice before the start of your first class for store credit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice notice are non-refundable.

Missed Classes
We cannot offer make-up sessions or credit for missed classes. Out of respect for your instructor and classmates, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
